Third-party providers that may process your data

PropPilot uses the following categories of third-party subprocessors to deliver the Platform. We do not name specific providers in our public-facing policies; this list describes the categories and the nature of processing.

All subprocessors are contractually required to protect personal information and use it only for the purpose of providing their services to PropPilot.

Subprocessors

Application infrastructure and hosting: Stores and processes application data, authentication, and files. Location: Australia, United States.

Payment processing: Processes rent payments, subscription billing, and connected account management. Location: United States, Australia.

AI processing: Processes landlord-provided document content for AI-assisted draft generation. Location: United States.

Email delivery: Delivers transactional and service emails. Location: United States.

Analytics: Aggregated usage analytics to improve the Platform. Location: United States.

We will update this list when we add or remove subprocessors that process personal information. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
