How PropPilot protects your data

Infrastructure

PropPilot runs on Google Firebase and Google Cloud, hosted in Australia (australia-southeast1 region). Your data does not leave Australia for storage.

Payments

All rent payments are processed by Stripe. PropPilot never stores card numbers or bank account details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Access controls

Your account data is only accessible to you. Property managers only see what you grant them access to. Tenant data is isolated per landlord account.

AI processing

AI features in PropPilot use Anthropic's Claude API. Document content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing and is not retained for training. AI outputs are drafts for your review - not final legal documents.
