Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your account remains active until the end of the billing period.
Do AI scans roll over?
Monthly plan allocations reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. One-time scans (including the Free plan's 3 scans) never expire.
Does PropPilot charge a fee on rent payments?
No. PropPilot charges no percentage on rent. Stripe's standard payment processing fees apply to direct debit and card payments.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can export records at any time. After 90 days, account data is permanently deleted.
