PropPilot is not a licensed real estate agent or property manager in any Australian state or territory. RZBB Ventures LLC does not hold a real estate agent's licence, property manager's licence, or equivalent in any jurisdiction.

PropPilot does not act as your agent, manage properties on your behalf, negotiate with tenants, serve legal notices on your behalf, or represent you in legal or regulatory proceedings.

2. Not a Lawyer

PropPilot does not provide legal advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal advice. Tenancy disputes, lease enforcement, eviction procedures, bond disputes, and similar matters require advice from an Australian-qualified solicitor or barrister.

3. Not a Financial Adviser

PropPilot does not provide financial advice and does not hold an AFSL. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a financial product recommendation.

4. Not a Tax Agent or Accountant

PropPilot is not a registered tax agent under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (Cth). Rental records generated by PropPilot are for organisational purposes only. They must not be submitted to the ATO or used for tax purposes without review by a registered tax agent or qualified accountant.

5. Tenancy Law Compliance

Tenancy law is complex and varies by state and territory. PropPilot does not monitor changes to tenancy law or provide jurisdiction-specific compliance advice. You are solely responsible for complying with the applicable Residential Tenancies Act and all related laws in your state or territory.

6. Payment Processor

Our third-party payment processor is an independent company. All matters relating to payment processing, identity verification, account restrictions, payouts, disputes, chargebacks, and banking must be directed to the payment processor's support. PropPilot cannot intervene in payment processor matters.
