1. What PropPilot**'**s AI Assists With

• Draft lease agreements, notices, and tenancy documents

• Extracted summaries of uploaded documents

• Draft maintenance responses and tenant communications

• Rental record summaries

• Draft expense and income categorisations

These are starting points. All require your review before any use.

2. What AI Does Not Provide

• Legal advice, legal opinions, or legally binding documents

• Tax advice, ATO-compliant guidance, or tax return preparation

• Financial advice or investment recommendations

• Tenancy compliance advice specific to your state or territory

• Property valuation or investment analysis

• Tenant screening, credit assessment, or suitability judgements

3. Known AI Limitations

• Hallucination: AI may generate plausible-sounding content that is factually incorrect or legally wrong

• Outdated information: AI training data has a cutoff date; laws and regulations change

• Jurisdictional errors: AI may generate content inappropriate for your state or territory

• Formatting errors: AI may produce document structures that do not comply with legal requirements

• Missing context: AI does not know your specific circumstances or tenancy history

4. No Binding AI Decisions

PropPilot's AI features are not designed to make binding decisions about tenants, tenancy rights, rent increases, arrears, eviction, repairs, bond claims, tenant suitability, creditworthiness, or compliance outcomes. AI outputs must not be treated as final decisions or relied upon without independent professional review.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Read AI outputs in full and check for errors and appropriateness

• Verify that outputs accurately reflect your specific situation

• Have legally significant documents reviewed by a qualified lawyer before use

• Have tax or financial content reviewed by a registered tax agent or accountant

• Confirm compliance with your state or territory tenancy law

6. No Liability for AI Outputs

To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to any rights under the Australian Consumer Law, RZBB Ventures LLC accepts no liability for any loss, damage, legal liability, regulatory penalty, or other consequence arising from your use of, reliance on, or action taken based on AI-generated content.

The review and confirmation step in PropPilot is a reminder of your responsibility. It does not mean content has been legally or professionally verified. It does not transfer responsibility from you to us.
