PropPilot

Tenant Terms of Use

For tenants who access the PropPilot tenant portal

Effective: 1 June 2026 | RZBB Ventures LLC

These Tenant Terms of Use apply to tenants who receive access to PropPilot features including rent payment links, maintenance request portals, messages, or document access provided by their landlord through PropPilot.

1. PropPilot**'**s Role

PropPilot is a software platform used by landlords to manage their rental properties. PropPilot is not your landlord, your agent, your property manager, a party to your tenancy agreement, or your legal adviser.

PropPilot does not decide rent amounts, arrears, eviction action, repairs, bond claims, rental applications, or disputes. All such decisions are made by your landlord.

2. Payments

If you pay rent through a PropPilot payment link, your payment is processed by an independent third-party payment processor. PropPilot does not hold your funds at any time.

PropPilot must not charge you a fee to pay rent through the Platform. If you believe you are being charged a platform fee to pay rent, contact your landlord. For payment processing issues, contact the payment processor's support directly.

Payment disputes, arrears, and tenancy-related financial matters must be resolved with your landlord and, if applicable, through the relevant state or territory tenancy authority.

3. Communications

Messages, notices, and reminders sent to you through PropPilot are sent by your landlord using the Platform. PropPilot is the software carrier only. PropPilot does not verify whether a communication satisfies legal notice requirements.

Your communications through PropPilot may be visible to your landlord.

4. Your Data

Personal information about you has been entered into PropPilot by your landlord. Your landlord is primarily responsible for that information. See our Tenant Privacy Notice for information about how your data is handled.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use any PropPilot feature to upload, send, or submit content that is abusive, threatening, unlawful, or irrelevant to your tenancy.

6. Portal Access

Your access to PropPilot tenant features is provided at the direction of your landlord. PropPilot may suspend tenant portal access for security reasons or where these Terms are breached.

7. No Professional Advice

Nothing available to you through PropPilot constitutes legal, financial, or tenancy advice. For tenancy law questions, contact your state or territory tenancy authority.

8. Contact

For PropPilot platform questions: support@goproppilot.com

For tenancy or rent matters: contact your landlord directly.
