Permitted and prohibited uses of PropPilot

1. Permitted Use

PropPilot may be used only for lawful rental administration by landlords managing residential properties, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Any activity that violates applicable tenancy, consumer protection, anti-discrimination, or other laws

• Storing or processing personal information without lawful basis or consent

• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against tenants or other parties

• Requiring tenants to pay rent by a method that unlawfully imposes fees or restricts payment choice

• Using AI outputs to screen, score, rank, or label tenants as risky, unreliable, or similar

• Using automated sequences to harass tenants about arrears or other matters

• Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or Platform systems

• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform

• Sublicensing, reselling, or commercially exploiting the Platform without written permission

• Reverse engineering or decompiling the Platform

• Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

3. No Tenant Screening or Decisioning

You must not use PropPilot or its AI features to screen tenants for rental applications, assess creditworthiness, determine suitability, or make or record decisions about a person's rights or status based on AI outputs. PropPilot is not an approved system for such assessments.

4. No Misleading Use

You must not use PropPilot outputs in a way that presents AI-generated content as legally verified, professionally endorsed, or authoritative. All AI outputs must be presented as drafts for review.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report matters to law enforcement.
